Sharing of Personal Information.
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Behavior-Based Advertising

We also share information about your use of the Site, your purchases and the email address associated with your purchases with Shopify Audiences, which allows other Shopify merchants to display offers you may be interested in.

Use of Personal Information.
We use your personal information to provide our services to you, including: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilling your order, and keeping you informed about new products, services and offers.
Legal Basis
Under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), if you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), we process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

- The performance of the contract between you and the Site;
- To comply with our legal obligations;
- To perform a task in the public interest;

Retention

Automatic decision-making
If you are an EEA resident, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision making (including profiling), where that decision making produces legal effects on you or otherwise significantly affects you.
We do NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has legal or otherwise significant consequences using customer data.
Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that has no legal or otherwise significant impact on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary blacklisting of IP addresses associated with repeatedly failed transactions. This blacklist remains in place for a small number of hours.
- Temporary blacklisting of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist will persist for a small number of days.
Your rights

If you are an EEA resident, you have the right to access the Personal Data we hold about you, to transfer it to a new service and to request that your Personal Data be corrected, updated or deleted. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us using the contact information above.
Your Personal Data is initially processed in Ireland and then transferred outside of Europe for storage and further processing, including to Canada and the United States.
