Het werkt

Deze kluisje heb ik gekocht voor mijn zusje. Zo kan ze beter huiswerk maken en het helpt wel. Bij het begin was het wel veel zeuren, maar ze wennen er wel aan.

Rechtzetten vorige review

Bij deze wil ik graag mijn vorige review (die minder beoordeeld was) rechtzetten. Raykon heeft een prima product geleverd die voldeed aan de verwachting. Zij hebben de klacht meteen opgepakt en er werk van gemaakt. Mijn vorige review ging over de levering van het product. Deze had een behoorlijke levertijd. Ik ging er al van uit dat het product niet meer geleverd zou worden, Deze klacht lag na nader inzien niet bij Raykon maar bij de vervoerder met de rood/gele kleur. Inmiddels is het product geleverd.

Goed en fijne customer service

Ik had het artikel afgelopen woensdag besteld, je zou dan verwachten dat het er uiterlijk vrijdag is. Helaas heb ik dit gisteren (maandag) pas mogen ontvangen. Hierdoor kan ik geen 5 sterren review geven.

Ik moet wel zeggen dat toen i mijn vraag stelde ik echt snel en goed antwoord kreeg. Uiteindelijk was de levering ook door Postnl zelf vertraagd, maar toch.
